- Are under-slept
-You don’t consume the right foods
- You don’t do cardio
- You don’t work out
- You constantly consume shallow news

If I had a nickel for every time somebody told me “I really need to start working out, but I just don’t have the time”, I’d have a shitload of nickels.

You can always make an excuse not to train, but at some point you just have to make time for it. Or be weak and out of shape.
